Vox-pop! Where do you see yourself in five years later?

                       Hello everyone, Fidem and I created an extraordinary content for our blogs. We created vox-pop which means a collection of different voices. In our vox-pop, ten people participated and we asked them where they see themselves in five years later? As all participants are university students, they have dreams and potential to make them real. It can be concluded from their statements that they want to be richer. Only few answered the question in terms of spirituality. This was predictable for us anyway. When we asked the question, some of them hesitated because they hadn’t thought about this before. However, some of them are so confident that I am sure they will be where they want to be. What Differs 21st Century Learning From 20th Century Learning?

            One of the biggest differences between the 20th century and 21st century is clearly technological development. This development has enabled us to make progress in almost every field. Education is one of those fields. What does that technological development include? The answer is the Internet. It serves endless knowledge to us. Access to knowledge has always been possible but it was never as fast as now. We can learn almost everything we want in seconds. The technology and internet not only provide information but also provide communication opportunities to us. We can speak with people living thousands of miles away and we can collaborate with them. Some teachers and institutes have utilized this feature by recording and sharing their lectures. Students can join courses online, if they want.
